SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped via the Portuguese national postal service (CTT). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout according to CTT’s official rates, plus packaging costs.
In exceptional cases, if you prefer another carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD, UPS, FedEx), this can be arranged. The additional costs will be higher and must be covered by you. Please contact us directly via email to request this option. Payment of the difference for alternative shipping can only be made through PayPal.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.
The final amount is calculated at checkout. Please note that the total does not include duties, taxes, or customs fees. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery in the destination country.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Portugal: 3 - 5 business days
Rest of Europe (including EU and UK): 7 - 15 business days
USA: 15 - 20 business days
Rest of the world: 15 - 30 business days
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services. The delivery period begins once the order has been shipped (not when it is placed). If you require urgent shipping, please contact us so we can prioritize your order whenever possible.
PACKAGING
Each item is carefully inspected for quality before being shipped. Both originals (drawings and paintings) and prints are checked to ensure they are free from tears, folds, or unintentional damage.
All items are signed by the artist.
Each product is individually wrapped in glassine paper.
Paintings receive an additional protective layer of bubble wrap.
For multiple orders, items are placed together in a plastic sleeve.
They are then pressed between two sheets of strong recycled cardboard.
Finally, the products are sealed in a waterproof bubble mailer for maximum protection.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We do not accept returns under any circumstances (for either originals or prints). This is to prevent damage caused by handling and return shipping.
We do not offer monetary refunds, as transaction fees and costs are lost in the process. We also don’t refund shipping costs.
For original artworks (paintings or drawings), in the rare case that an order is lost or arrives damaged, we can offer store credit for the full value of the piece. This store credit can be used toward any other available artwork, print, or even a commissioned work of equal value.
For prints, in the rare case of loss or damage, we will resend the items free of charge. The only cost you would need to cover again is the shipping fee, since shipping is outside of our responsibility.
LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
We handle and package every order with the utmost care to ensure safe delivery. However, in rare cases, issues may occur during transit.
If your order is lost, we require official confirmation from CTT (Portuguese postal service) and the destination postal service that the order was never delivered. Once confirmed, we will proceed according to our refund policy above (store credit for originals, resend for prints with new shipping fee).
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and the packaging and send them via email . Once confirmed, we will proceed according to our refund policy above (store credit for originals, resend for prints with new shipping fee).
